Effective 1 April 2026 – To comply with the National Rail Conditions of Travel, bookings are refundable/amendable until 23:59 the day before travel. This is applicable only for walk up tickets (Anytime, Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak or Travelcard).

System maintenance will take place on Wednesday 22 July 2026 from 20.00hrs to 20.45hrs. This maintenance work may prevent account holders from logging into RST online during this period.
